The Chinese use a wide variety of measures to control nations around the world. The development of a special cellphone as the delivery means for the virus is detailed so the reader can appreciate the cunning behind a Communist regime. In the end, a small group of Americans in exile at a small Micronation colony in Bermuda, hatch a plan to use cellphones to bring down China.
