Bye-Bye Bad Dreams

Goal Bye-Bye Bad Dreams was written to help children learn to cope with bad dreams and to help parents see their children's dreams in a new way. We have all heard "It was just a dream. Go back to bed." For children that have nightmares, this approach doesn't allow them to take control of their nightmares. In this story Lucy and her family take her specific dreams and find ways to make the dream fun instead of scary. Some common nightmares such as falling, being lost, and monsters under the bed are turned in a new direction. About the Author Erin Beilhartz is a busy mom with three young children and an energetic dog. When she's not at home, you will find her with her children exploring the forest around their home in Northern Ontario, splashing in puddles and searching for new adventures.
