Now summer is upon us most of us will be getting the barbecues out and using them once more. There are many benefits to be had from cooking food on a barbecue rather than in the kitchen. You'll often find using a barbecue can prove more convenient but also easy to use. Once assembled you simply need to light the charcoal or turn on the gas supply and leave it for a little while to heat up.
