In 2 cases, diabetes was posterior and revealed by cardinal signs such as polyuria and polydipsia. On the other hand, in the last case, diabetes was present 5 years before hypothyroidism; it was detected systematically when a buttock abscess was discovered in a genetically predisposed subject who had not had any signs of hypothyroidism until then.
