The study examines various aspects of the artistic heritage of the Bulgarian diaspora group in Southern Ukraine in the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, the characteristics of traditional crafts such as pottery and jewellery, weaving, embroidery and national costume in diachronic and cultural continuity. There is a classification and typology of the described artworks depending on the technique of execution. The visual techniques, features of artistic style are revealed, the form and ornamentation, compositional and coloristic solutions of the products are considered in detail. Ceramics, jewelry, and textiles of the thorns, which are kept in the archives of the Regional Museum of Local Lore in Nikolaev, Ukraine, are described in detail. It is shown that in the new diaspora conditions, Bulgarian masters continue the centuries-old national traditions, and the influence of Ukrainian folk motifs on the plots of Bulgarian masters' compositions is also noted.
