Lean implementation is recognised as a topic of growing importance in developing countries, especially India. However, there remains a lack of research concerning lean implementation in process industry. This book fills this void in knowledge and contributes in developing the understanding of lean concepts. It helps to break the chaos about lean implementation in process sector.
