Esthetic dentistry is a discipline within dentistry in which the primary focus is the modification or alteration of appearance of patient¿s oral structures, in conjunction with the treatment and prevention of structural, functional, or organic oral disease. Facial beauty is based on standard esthetic principles that involve the proper alignment, symmetry, and proportions of the face.
