A Better Christian and a Better You is simply a collection of writings previously posted by Williams on a popular social network page. Williams, who considers writing as a ministry for him, posted these writings over a period of time, but was often encouraged to catalogue the writings into book due to their strong and compelling insight into several significant areas of life. At the insistence of his followers, Williams has now done so resulting in this book as the product of his actions.
