Oxadiazole and its derivatives have been focused on for their broadly chemical and biological importance in a previous couple of years. Now a time developments in medicinal chemistry 1,3,4 oxadiazole bring out as most bio-diverse interesting nucleus and occupy unique role. On this description of introduction we summarized that 1,3,4 oxadiazole is come out as a highly reacted and more efficient scaffold than other. Their flexible bonding toward other moieties and extensively therapeutic action attract to us. Oxadiazole is a useful ring in the biological active compound. This moiety has four different structures which depend on the position of nitrogen.
